Puttin' on the Ritz
This is a picture of Sarah's Uncle James Jerry Morris as a baby. He was a brother to Sarah's Mom. He died as a young child with typhoid fever along with his mother, Myrtle May Maples Morris, back in 1908. Tyhoid fever was called the "germ in the water." The disease was believed to be contracted by water contaminated by mosquitoes.
