This is a picture of Pauline Spade-Tanner, Sarah's very best childhood friend when they both lived at South West City, Missouri, before Sarah later went into an orphanage in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As children they went fishing, swimming, hiking through the woods, picking blackberries and sharing the secrets of their childhood.
