| The rubber dam is located on the Payette River just outside of Boise, Idaho. It ranges from a couple foot drop to an 8 foot plus drop depending on seasonal flow. It has a strong back flow at its base that none of us want to get caught in - again. Sarah endoed over it last season but luckily her ski got sucked back to her before she got sucked back under the dam! We gas it over and just hope our boats dont stall! |
