Dudley & Orr, defendants-appellants, v. Jacobs, plaintiff-appellee, 257 SW 315 (1924).  A 12 year old bicyclist hit crushed rock while riding on a road.  The boy skidded, fell, and broke his leg.  The defendants operated a quarry, and their quarry truck had cut around a corner very fast on that road, spilling rock and gravel an hour or two before the boy came through.  Judgment for plaintiff affirmed, by the Court of Civil Appeals in El Paso, Texas.
