| LaNoux v. Hagar, 308 NE 2d 873 (1974). An 11 year old bicyclist riding to school on a lesser street attempted to cross a more major street and apparently did not come to a complete stop before entering the intersection. The northbound bicyclist was struck by an eastbound motorist, and the left front fender hit the bicyclist's rear wheel. Judgment for defendant affirmed. | ||||
