Images: 15 pts - Nice picture of the outers. Looks a little fuzzy, though (maybe the clearness was lost in converting?).
Information: 16 pts - Your page links are organized nicely. Good that you gave copyright credit at the bottom of the page.
Technicals: 13 pts - Guestbook images don't really fit the theme. Otherwise, all page links work and you have a nice color scheme.
Comments: You should include your name and email address on this page (give yourself credit!).

Sailor Uranus
Layout: 12 pts
Background: 16 pts - Nice, simple background. I like the sound, too (Uranus's transformation).
Images: 16 pts - Nice graphic with bio on top. Images look a little fuzzy on the bottom of the page and also a little out of place.
Information: 17 pts - Very informative, but there are a few grammatical errors. My advice - read over your writings.
Technicals: 14 pts - The font is a little big. I found that a smaller font looks much more professional. Also, I thought that the font would look
     even better if it were blue (to match Haruka's dress). Links all work, and this page loads quickly.
Comments: Just a suggestion - maybe you could put those huge adoption banners on your adoption page, not the individual scout pages.
     Personally, I think it would look better that way. And, also, I think it would be cool to have your Haruka and Michiru romance page
     directly linked from your homepage, so it is more accessible.

Layout: 11 pts - This page is kind of scrunched together, especially the images on the bottom.

Images: 12 pts - Nice graphic on top, once again. The huge adoption banner on the bottom is pretty blurry and seems out of place.
Information: 11 pts - There are a few grammatical mistakes. Maybe you could add a little more information about her?
Technicals: 16 pts - Nice color combinations, the font is a little big, and it took a little while to load.
Comments: On each of your scout bio pages, you should center the list of attacks to make the pages more neat.

Images: 13 pts - Awesome image at the top! They just keep getting better and better! However, there is that same fuzzy-looking banner,
and your buttons at the bottom are really blurry. (Sorry! I'm picky about images!)

Technicals: 14 pts - I love the color scheme on this page! The font could be smaller. Good color for the font (white).
Comments: Ha ha! I didn't know Setsuna was afraid of cockroaches! Cool!

Comments: Really cute! When I read this page, it made me think about how much I love my boyfriend. It really touched me. Plus, Haruka
and Michiru are so cute together!
