Layout: 5 pts - This page is not organized quite perfectly. The frames aren't working well at all. Some parts of this page are too crowded with
     images and words, whereas other parts have too much space (like at the top).
Background: 10 pts - Nice music!
Images: 5 pts - The moving animated images started to give me a headache (too much motion)! Oh, and what's with the random gear at the top of
     the page? I don't think it's supposed to be there.
Information: 6 pts - Maybe you could move your menu up closer to the top of the page, and the disclaimer toward the bottom? It would make it
     easier to find the links to your pages. Oh, and there are a few misspellings on this page.
Technicals: 3 pts - The frames on the left are really screwed up, but I think you know that already. Your page took a little while to load, too.
Comments: Woah. I'd get rid of the frames if I were you. And, I'd make the animated gifs stationary or something! But, that's all up to you, since
      it's your page! Oh, and when I click on "My Favorite Sayings," I just get html codes on the screen. Is this supposed to happen?

Background: 2 pts - I wouldn't have an animated background if I were you. It's too busy. Oh, and the background music sounds like there are two
     songs playing at the same time! It's not very pleasant sounding.
Images: 5 pts - The image at the top of the page is way too big. It goes right off the page.

Technicals: 6 pts - When you try to enter another site from your links page, you're stuck in frames from your site. That's not good. And, two of
     your links don't work.
Comments: I love the Washu animated gif you used for your background, but I don't think it should be used as a background image. Again, what
     is "My Favorite Sayings" supposed to be?

organize the bios a little better by adding above each section of names which anime they are in. Above all the Tenchi characters, write the title,
"Tenchi," and above the Pokemon characters, put "Pokemon."
