Layout: 7 pts - A little unorganized, and it is very difficult to find the links to your galleries, since the links are not directly on this page.
Background: 15 pts - Nice and simple!
Images: 11 pts - The image floating across the page is a little different. I think it would look better if it were stationary in the center of the page.
Information: 8 pts
Technicals: 10 pts - This page was pretty quick to load, and all the links worked. The blue font is a little hard to read with that background.
Comments: Try to tidy up this page a bit, and maybe add your menu directly to the homepage, instead of having you menu on the "(hopefully) find
what you are looking for here!" page. Also, you should put your site's title, "Anime Gallery," at the top of the page.

thumbnail form, or they were linked with small descriptions of the pictures (like you do with the animated gifs).
