Q: Why isn't my language supported?

A: If your language contains letters, that can not be written on a normal english keyboard (ike chinese, russian, greek etc.) I can't write them on my website. I would have to make all text-files into image-files and as I don't have any knowledge of these letters, I can't correct them in ANY way. If your language has normal leters (like portugese) and you still can't find a your site, then please write to [email protected] and be a part of Sarah Brightman International.

Q: Is it only your own polls you show or can I make one too?

A: The polls on my sites are NOT only my own polls. Also you can send a poll to me and I'll post it on the website!

Q: What is 24-hour e-mail Guarantee?

A: When you send a mail to [email protected] you are guaranteed that you get a reply, less than 24 hours later. The service is available to ALL, even the ones who aren't member of the FanClub! The service is available mon-fri on regular weeks, that means that you can't expect a reply within 24 hours on holidays and in the weekends. When the 24-hour guarantee isn't available, you'll get a reply as soon as possible (usually during a couple of days)!

Q: What is SBI FanClub!?

A: SBI FanClub! is the biggest unofficial Sarah Brightman FanClub! When you're a member you'll get all the latest news and information about Sarah Brightman. SBI FanClub! is a part of Sarah Brightman International and if you want to be a member, please go to www.fanclub.fw.nu and join!

Q: I have found an error on your site, what do I do?

A: Please go to the frontpage at www.sarahfan.fw.nu and click on the link "report an error"! This will take you to a site, where you can write about the problem, where it happend, what browser you used when you did so and much more. Then I'll recieve the mail and try and correct the error.

Q: I can't seem to find a site, what do I do?

A: Go to the frontpage at www.sarahfan.fw.nu and click on the globe in the right upper corner. There you can find a sitemap of al the sites at Sarah Brightman International. If you can't seem to find the site, then try and click on the search link in the bottom of the page on the frontpage.

Q: Does Sarah Brightman has ANYTHING to do with Sarah Brightman International?

A: Unfortunately, Sarah do not know of Sarah brightman International. Sarah Brightman has no connection to Sarah Brightman International or me (the webmaster)!

Q: How often is the site updated and by whom?

A: The site is updated 2-4 times a month. The site is updated by me (Christian Colding) and NO ONE ELSE! The sites passwords are only known to me and therefore it's only me who can update the sites. I also update the FanClub! and News sites!

Q: I know my language is supported, but I can't find it on the map! Is it an error?

A: NO! The languages can be found only in their original european countries. For example you can find mexican, when you click on Spain, because the mexican language is the same as the spanish!

Q: I have a picture, that I've made for you, but can I get it on your site?

A: Sure you can! You can send your picture to [email protected] and I will post it on my site within the week (not during vacations)!

Q: When is Sarah going to be on tour again?, When will she be on TV/Radio again?, What time will I be able to see.....? etc.

A: All questions like these can be sent to [email protected]!
