| We discovered the Atherton Table lands by accident. We were leaving Cairns after our dive and stumbled across them. The tablelands sit approx 700 metres above sea level. They have a tropical feel but are not as humid as the coast. | ||||||||||||||||||||

| The tablelands was a great place for us to visit. We were mega skint at the time so wandering through rainforest, taking showers in waterfalls and visiting big old fig trees was just in our budget.
