What is the Game and Watch Gallery, anyway? Basically, in the 1980's, before the NES or Game Boy, there were a series of handheld games- the Game and Watch games, named because each game came with a watch. They included titles such as Ball, Vermin, Mario Bros., and more. The Game and Watch Gallery takes four popular classics (Manhole, Fire, Octopus, and Oil Panic), and provides both the original version and a souped up 'modern' version starring the Mario characters- Mario, Yoshi, Toadstool, etc.
