How do I name my Norn?
You can name your Norn by going to the Owner's Kit, under the Tools Menu or by clicking on the key icon. Click the "Register the Birth" tab to see the entry box. Fill in the name box, and click "Register Birth". You should now see a "Birth Certificate" tab.
How do I teach my Norn to talk?
Your norn should be around the Incubator. If he or she has wandered off, coax him there with a toy or the like. Going up in the lift will take you to the computer, which will teach the verbs. To teach nouns, say the name ("food", for instance) of the object the Norn is looking at. COB's like the Super Speech Toy can teach nouns, verbs, and adjectives.
I think my Norn is sick! What do I do?
First, check the graphs in the Science Kit for raised levels of antigens- this indicates sickness. If the antigens are low, your Norn may be pregnant or simply need food. If, however, it is truly sick, keep it away from Grendels and other Norns- they're distracting. Discourage 'exploring'; keep the Norn in one place. Feed it constantly with good food such as cheese. After awhile, it should recover.

What do all these plants do?
There's one major difference- there are two categories, plants and weeds. Plants help your Norn, and weeds harm them. You can tell which is which in the Help file.
Does it matter what I feed my Norns?
Actually, yes. Different foods are more filling- some are great, some are more like "junk food". Cheese is the best food to give your Norns, but it's rare. Carrots are second-best and readily available. Honey reduces hunger but isn't very filling. Lemons aren't too filling either.
What is this green creature in my world?
You're probably describing a Grendel. Grendels live in the world, and come from the tree above the boat. They can poison or injure your Norns, so it's best to keep them away from the Grendels.
