In the higher levels, you have the option of using bricks. To place a brick, right-click on the square you want it. Bricks can help you tremendously. Here's how.
Bricks are best used to trap balls, so they'll stay put where you need them. Good places for bricks are in corners and at the end of long, narrow corridors.
Never place two bricks side-by-side- it's not necessary and you'll end up using more bricks in the long run. One square of space keeps the balls trapped but requires less bricks.
As in JezzBall, you can trap the balls so they can't move. If this happens in Maxwell's Maniac, the ball will disappear- even if it's on the wrong side! This can be useful if you simply have too many balls in the enclosure to deal with safely.
