Q. So who were those monkeys who looked so much like human beings???
Ok,Ok lets tell you in detail.
Race : People of Bani Israel, or Jews.
Prophet : Moses/Musa (pbuh)
Holy Book : Torah
Location : Jerusalem and parts of dessert Sinai, some areas of Jordan and Egypt.
Q. How can you prove that ???
A. How would you like a proof older than the theory of evolution???
After you are done reading you will know who is really related to monkeys.

Quran:
" Say travel in the land and see how ( Allah ) originated creation, and then Allah will bring forth (resurrect) the creation of the hereafter ( i.e. resurrection after death.) Verily Allah is Able to do all things. "
[ Surah-Al-Ankabut : 20 ]
Remember Prophet Moses/Musa (pbuh)??? Who doesn't know him? He is in Torah, in Bible and in Quran. Ok, what happened, the people of his time were known as Bani-Israel, They were too stubborn, and ignorant. They gave their Prophet and his brother Aaron / Haroon (pbuh) really hard time. They were too proud of themselves.
[ Bani Israel/Jews have been consistently defiant to His Orders.] They kept disobeying Allah time after time, then they would ask their Prophet to ask for their forgiveness. Then Allah would listen to Prophet Moses (pbuh) and forgive them all and give them aother chance; since He is Most Kind and Most Forgiving.
Remember the story when Moses (pbuh) and his people walked through waters?
What happened after that?
So Allah, Who is Able to do anything, saved Bani Israel from Pharaoh's army, and parted the waters in to two so they could walk through it. After that their journey continued and a lot other things happened, but I' m not gonna go in to those details. I' ll get to the point where we can discuss apes, since thats what you want to know, right?
Research shows that there were probably more than 20,000,000 people in that group, who lived with Prophet Moses (pbuh) They passed through dessert Sinai, Near Egypt.
No one can survive that dessert for more than a few days. It's a huge dessert with out any sources of water. So it's impossible for such a large group to travel and survive for days and months. Modern day people find it hard to believe.

" You want proof I'll give you proofs. Just bear with me a sec. "
Pharaoh and his people thought they wont last in those desserts and die soon.
But its a miracle of Allah, He sent clouds, to save them from burning sunlight and water and MUN-O-SALVA-- some kind of food ( munn was sweet and salva was deliciously cooked quail meat ) from the sky, so their race wont disappear from the face of the world. Its in Quran, Sura Al-araf.
So Allah ordered Moses (pbuh) to divide these people in to 12 tribes / nation so they could use water by taking turns. For these people Allah appointed Sabbath/Saturday as a holiday (in Hebrew Shabbat means 'to cease'), on which they were not suppose to do any worldly things, they were suppose to pray and cease all the worldly affair to please Allah. Like cooking, washing, fishing or anything like that. They were not even suppose to make their servants do any such thing. They were supposed to pray that day because that day was solely for Allah/the God, just one day a week.
Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5:12-15:
" Observe the Sabbath day to keep it Holy, as your God command you. Six days you should labor and do all your work but the seventh day is Sabbath of your God. In it you shall do no work, you nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your mule, nor any of your cattle, nor your stranger within your gates, that your male and female servants may rest as well as you.
And remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt and your God brought you out from there by a mighty hand and by an out stretched arm; therefore your God command you to keep the Sabbath."
And Christians who love to change the Holy books according to their likes and dislikes say that:
" On the seventh day God ended his work which He had done and He rested on the seventh day from all the work which God had created and He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made." (Genesis; 2:2-3)
Does that make sense? How ridiculous is this notion. A God getting tired and needing rest? Tiredness and fatigue, are caused from too much work and lack of some vitamins,............ those are humanly needs not Godly. For God's sake dont underestimate the power and Might of God like that!!!
Anyway,......moving back to our topic:
That means on the day of Sabbath, they were not supposed to catch fish. That was a Command of Allah sent only for those people inorder to test them. In the past Bani Israel had failed their tests way too many times. They didnt realy have a good record.
So in order to test them, Allah ordered all the fishes to go swim and jump out of water in front of them, on Sabbath day!!! Other days when they could fish, the fishes would be hard to find!!!
SYou can guess what happened next!!!
Yes one group of the people started fishing on Sabbath !!! Didn't care about breaking any Divine Laws. There was a group of people that did not fish on Sabbath but they watched others fish, quietly and didnt really care much, didnt even bother to stop them or guide them and told others that its useless to stop them from fishing because they wont listen.
Then there was a third group of people, who could not stand it. They warned them to stop breaking the laws of Allah, becuase they knew if they didnt stop, something terrible would happen to all of them. Prophet Moses (pbuh) told them that their continuous disobedience would lead to the burning of Jerusalem. People of his times were too stubborn to listen to him, so they kept breaking Sabbath law fearlessly, with out any feelings of shame or guilt.
That's when it happened? Yes,............
So when they exceeded the limits and broke the Divine laws, Allah said to them: You are despised and rejected. So be monkey, that is your punishment.
So all those who used to fish on the Holy day of Sabbath turned into monkey like creatures." Allah (swt0 turned them into ape like-beings although in perception and understanding they remained like humans.
And out of many nations of people, only one group of people was saved from this punishment: ones who tried to stop others from breaking the laws of Allah. Those tribes of punished human beings/ monkys moved away in to jungles and now we find their fossils and skeletons near the continents of Africa and Europe.
So who are these monkeys [ found from the excavations ]who look so much like humans???
You know now.
Let me make one thing clear:
Monkeys that we see today are not the ones who were once human, they are the real animals and were created as such. But some of the ancient chimps that we find from excavations are the ones who were once human beings. After they turned in to monkeys, they could not survive as animals and died after a few days.

Jewish people know that this incident was a part of Torahit but now probably its also taken out along with so many other verses. If you tell me you have never heard anything like this, then ask Jews why they dont work or do daily chores on Saturdays?
People who read Quran know the truth. Why, because Quran is the true word of Allah only Pure and unaltered Holy book of the world, in which you will find your present, past and future.Nothing has been added or edited from it.

Surah Al-Baqarah:
65. And indeed you knew those amongst you who transgressed in the matter of the
Sabbath. We said to them : Be you monkeys, despised and rejected."
66. So We made this punishment an example to their own and to succeeding
generations and lesson to those who are Al-muttaqun (the pious - see V.2:2)
Surah Al- Araf:
Ask them (O Mohammed) of the township that was by the sea, how they did break the
Sabbath, how their big fish came unto them visibly upon their Sabbath day and on the
day when they did not keep Sabbath, came they not unto them. Thus did we try them
for that they were evil-livers.
[ Al-A'raf 7:163.22 ]
So when they exceeded the limits of what they were prohibited, We said to them:
Be you monkeys, despised and rejected. ( It is a severe warning to the mankind that
they should not disobey what Allah commands them to do, and be far away from what
He prohibits them.)
[ Al-Araf 7:166. ]
In other words:
So when they took pride in that which they had been forbidden, We said unto them :
Be ye apes despised and loathed!
[ Al-Araf 7: 166 ]

Charles Darwin ( 1809- 1882 )
His father an eminent physician (Wealthy I am sure!!!), sent him to University of Edinburgh to study medicine. Only 16 years old at the time Charles found medical school boring. and distasteful, although he managed decent grades. He left Edinburgh with out a degree. Shortly thereafter he enrolled in Christ college at Cambridge University with the intent of becoming a clergymen.
Soon after Darwin received his BA degree in 1831, Professor Henslow recommended him to Capt. R. FitzRoy who was preparing the survey ship Beagle for a voyage around the world.

In other books and in other words thats what I found:
Darwin was not a scientist, but an Amateur, one doing poor quality work than most in his time.
He cared little about the subject; and through wealthy connections, was assigned as " naturalist " on the ship, which traveled around the world.
It is known that South American nationals initiated Darwin in to Witchcraft. He took part into there ceremonies and as a result something happened to him. He started denying about the existence of a Creator.

Theory of Evolution:
In the 19th century Charles Darwin ( Mr. Smarty pants !!! ) put forward a theory that:
1. Man came in to being through a long process of evolution and not all of a sudden in one stroke as stated in the Holy Books.
2. The second point in the Darwin theory was that man and apes developed from a common link which is now extinct.
The basis of the argument is that certain kinds of monkeys have a striking resemblance to man.
When Charles Darwin published his origin of species in 1859, there was no evidence that supported his theory.
Evidence for evolution is based on fossil remains, geological layers in which the remain were found. Whatever they found helped them learn about these monkeys more and more.
So Mr. Smart did find monkeys that were so much like humans and he thought that probably all humans were monkeys before and as the time passed they got better looking. Yeah right !!!
He probably was thinking like a monkey too. He couldnt even imagine that it could be other way around. Humans could turn in to hairy monkey-like creature
Guess what they found out???
In most of the excavation cases, geologists formed some interesting assumptions. They found out that :
These kinds of monkeys were believed to have walked erect/straight, because of the human like knee joints. Also they found sharp, pointed hunting tools, that shows they knew the art of animal hunting and fishing.
So those monkeys walked around like humans and they knew the arts of hunting and fishing, and existed with other humans at the same time. What does that tell you???
SubhanAllah, they are finding out the proofs now about what was told in Quran hundreds of years ago.
Also now German and US Researchers at PA University, have found out, from DNA testing that these monkeys DNA falls out side the normal variation of modern human.
Thus proving that these monkeys DNA did not contribute to the formation of Human DNA.
There current theory also includes that these kind of monkeys became extinct only 30,000 years ago, and they co-existed with modern humans !!!
So you tell me now, what you think about it??? All I see is curse of Allah.

Why did God turned them in to monkeys, He could give punish them in some other way.
A. Excellent question!
Allah (swt), is Most Fair of all, that means no one can be more fair than Him.
He chooses punishment according to the sins / intentions of the sinners.
Bani Israel were famous for thinking that they are the favorite and chosen human race in the eyes of
Allah/ God. They thought they were better than others and even if they commit sins they will be
forgiven, regardless of whatever they do, they expected to be rewared from God. They broke the laws of Allah, knowingly, thinking that they will be forgiven.
Allah made no such promise to them nor does it say anywhere in the Holy book Torah. Can a God be so unfair? No. Am I right?
So to humiliate them, Allah turned that race in to ugly monkeys. Can you imagine how they must have felt?
Even today, some people have same kind of mentality. They think they are the
chosen people of God in this world and eveyrbody else is as good as animals or trees. Rest is up to you to decide and believe. WaAllaho Alim. God knows best.
