Notes: CLAMP's works are not entirely 'clean', as it goes, hence I do think it necessary to explain certain terms that will, inevitably, be incorporated into some of my fics.

shounen-ai: this is a milder version of a guy/guy relationship. smooches, hugging, you know, it's all under this. nothing serious.

YAOI: there's an ongoing debate over what it stands for, and I won't even touch on that. ^_^ now this is the first of the following three tags all the weak-hearted should take note of, it implies the serious side of mere shounen-ai, dealing instead with really graphic descriptions of guy/guy coupling.

YURI: similar intensity to YAOI, only the coupling now is between two girls.

HENTAI: just really graphic. straight pairings, i.e. guy/girl. I don't have the guts to do this one.

So there. I don't have a thorough understanding about the tags mentioned, but as far as I know what I've mentioned is relevant. I'll tag my fics accordingly, so straightaway you'll know which fics to avoid.
