Okay, I admit, I haven't been updating at all. Sorry!
The 'O' Levels
results were out yesterday.
I had to endure seeing others' happiness or sadness because I had to be
the 32nd of 37 to receive my results for my class. Watching my classmates
receive their results, one-by-one was tough, because I had no idea whether
I would be laughing or crying after that. It was scary. My mother called
me 4 times during the entire thing, and each time, I had to tell her that
I have not received my results yet. ( Seemed like she was more anxious
that I am -.-" )
I saw Yuhui crumble in front of me, and I became very nervous.
( Cheng, never mind de, results bad doesn't mean the end of your life.

When finally, it was my turn to receive my results, I was stunned.
I faced Mr Won and Ms Ting.
Mr Won: Well Denise, you have shown much improvement in your results.
* I became suddenly alert, and shocked. *
Mr Won: You scored an A2 for your English and B3 in BOTH Chemistry and
Physics.
* My mouth hung open, unable to utter a word. *

Additional mathematics B 3
Chinese A2
Geography B 3
Chemistry B 3
Physics B 3
For L1R5, I got 15 points. Good enough for me.
For L1R2B2. I got 12 points! I like this number =P
Plus I got a B3 for CCA, meaning 1 point off my above stated results!
I won Jing Xuan!
Looks like JX, Woey Thee and I are heading for the same Poly - Nanyang

I've
decided on my first choice course - Nursing!
Helping people is nice, and the lecturer at the JAE counseling session at
NYP managed to convince me into taking nursing. Both my parents are
supportive of my decision to take nursing.
Too
bad the dumb JAE website is down with heavy traffic.
How could they use such lousy hosts and domains when they know that many
would have to log on to submit our oh-so-important course choices?? What a
joke...

I've been accepted into Nanyang
Polytechnic!
1st choice: Nursing.
Lendl's
going into the same course as me, while I have Vincent and Jing Xuan for
company! Least I won't be alone in Nanyang.

Can you believe it?
Dominic, Shi Xiang and I just got sacked by a manager who can't even speak
proper English.
The reason?
No reason.
He
only targeted Dominic, more or less trying to say that he was not
automatic enough and said that his uncle said he was from a 5-star hotel,
which was nonsense. Nobody said Dominic came from a 5-star hotel.
No reason was given for Shi Xiang's and my dismissal.
I didn't bother arguing with the dumb manager cos I simply can't be
bothered to complicated the dumb manager with my
not-very-sophisticated-but-he-can't-understand-due-to-his-small-vocab
English.
Anyway, it's no big loss.
My profession is to become a nurse, not a waitress =D
School's start soon in about 2 weeks, so Dominic doesn't want to me to
work anymore. SO I'll have to be more thrifty in my expenditure.

Had to complete his present before going to sleep.
