Date: Mon, 25 Nov 1996 19:13:27 PST Subject: People Crackers: Not the Sequel:) From: swtexas@juno.com (Frank h Engelking) People Crackers II: A Family Affair by Troy "MMMM" said Jerry, "I love animal crackers." as he noticed what appeared to be a box. However, on closer examination he saw it was labeled People Crackers. "Shapes are shapes, it's the taste that counts." he reasoned. He decided to take them home to share with his family. Jerry got home and saw his older brother, Mike. They started to talk and Jerry showed him the box he had found. Mike was intrigued. "I have never heard of people crackers before." They took the box in for everyone to share. The family consisted of two parents, a grandfather, and six children five boys and one girl. Jerry was the classic middle child being third born. Mike was second. They had an older brother and three younger siblings. Jennifer wanted one immediately but Mom said no until after dinner. Everyone agreed. After dinner, all the children eagerly awaited their treat. Their father, George, told them they could pick their own but could only have one. They began to complain but their mother shot them a glance that caused them to keep quiet. Their mother, Susan, handed the box to Stevie, the youngest. Not even looking he randomly grabbed a cracker. It was a little girl about the same age. Jack went next and grabbed a teenage boy. Jennifer grabbed a mother of apparent Hispanic descent. Jerry grabbed a boy who looked to be his twin if not himself. Mike grabbed an older man of Asian stock. Scott, the oldest child, grabbed a woman who could be a model or stripper. He definitely had one thing on his mind. Susan picked a younger woman while her husband grabbed a twin of the cracker his wife had taken. Finally Grandpa Joe took a baby cracker. They all smiled and consumed their crackers. First Stevie began to change, his blonde hair becoming a vivid shade of red and growing longer. Nothing else was immediately apparent. Then Jack started growing taller, acne appeared and his appearance started to resemble a teenager. Jennifer's skin darkened somewhat and her hair turned jet black. She looked to have aged from 7 to 32 in just seconds. Jerry remained unaltered. Mike looked to be 50 now with gray hair and Asian features. Scott gulped as he realized he was next. His crew-cut began to grow out at an astounding rate, large breasts suddenly threatened to break through his shirt, his pants became uncomfortable as his hips expanded and his waist shrunk. In seconds he resembled a teenager's fantasy. George and Susan began to change at the same time. In seconds they were identical twins. Finally, Grandpa Joe began to shrink hair began to reappear then disappear, wrinkles disappeared and fat began to appear again. In seconds, a tiny baby was crying in the clothes of Grandpa Joe. "Well this is a fine mess," commented George. "We have a 32 year old woman with the mindset of a seven year old. A six year old who's now sixteen. My wife and I are identical twins. My oldest son is his own wet dream. My father is now young enough to be my child. I have a son who's now Asian. Finally, I have a son who doesn't change but caused this trouble in the first place. Now what will we do?" Well, whoever placed the people crackers was nice enough at least to do them a favor. The family felt dizzy and collapsed at the same time. When they awoke new memories were in place. George and Susan were no more. Instead, they were Karen and Donna. Stevie was now Stephanie and Donna's child. Grandpa Joe was now William Jr. and Karen's child. Karen and Donna had married twins William and Walter Simmons. Jennifer was now Maria Guerrerro, the wife of Juan Guerrerro and the mother of Lupita Guerrerro and Hector Guerrerro. Mike was now John Lee, a Chinese businessman who was searching for a wife so he could have a child. Scott was now Brittany Taylor known professionally as Monica Melons. Jerry no longer remembered his old family. He was an orphan who was adopted by a rich family who couldn't have children. Somewhere a wizard smiled. The End(Or is it?) (Yeah it is.)
