Appearance: Torra has medium length black hair and light blue eyes against pale creamy skin. Often times she has a flushed look to her face, giving her a naturally rosy look to her cheeks. With her fair skin, Torra can get freckles rather easily when out in the sun for long periods of time. Usually she doesn't care all that much, but there are occasions when she'll actually put some sunblock on her skin. Her outfits are...unique. She wears what she wants, when she wants, without a care for what others think. Sometimes she matches, sometimes she doesn't. To her, it's not what she puts on, but how it makes her feel when she wears it. Her makeup is as different as her style of clothing is. Some days she'll simply roll out of bed with nothing on. Other days, Torra will go all out. It just depends on her mood at the time she wakes up and looks at herself in the mirror. |

Personality: Despite Torra's outward appearance, she's actual rather quiet in nature. She would prefer to keep to herself than really bother with anyone else. Those with whom she does dub as a friend, have the rare privilege of seeing a more quirky side of her personality. She lives to laugh and enjoys it when those she adores laugh with her. She has a lot of energy, but she keeps it for only those she feels deserve to see the 'real' her. Although, her more laid-back side of life has dimmed greatly since the incident in her first year of Sonora. Torra tries to hide how much what had happened to her has really changed her, but deep down she knows the truth. She will never been the same. It's something that she, and everyone close to her, will have to adjust to as the time goes on. Torra also has this obsession with animals. Ever since she was a little girl, she had a habit of bringing home strays. No matter what the animal, she can always find something fabulous about them. |

History: Torra Lang is the only child of Buck and Dorothy Lang. Born and raised in a muggle city of Lincoln, Nebraska, Torra had no idea she was a witch or that her father was a wizard until she received a letter and a knock on her door. After that, her life was changed drastically. Her life at home was always loving, her parents think the world of her and would anything to make her happy. That included allowing her to keep numerous strays that Torra brought him with her. They fed her obsession with animals until they decided (6 cats and 2 dogs later) that enough was enough. They turned Torra to books on animals and got her a voluntary job at the local animal shelter. It was working at the shelter that Torra decided she wanted to always work with animals. She took great deal in reading and studying different creatures, always learning. Once she graduated from Secondary education, she immediately applied to Sapienti to continue her work to pursue her career with animals. Torra's first year at Sonora had been a tumultuous one. After discovering she had deeper feelings for her best friend, Torra was kidnapped and attacked by someone she had considered a good friend. She has since returned home and has tried desperately to get back into the right mind frame so that she can continue on with her life and not like someone like David ever hurt her or those around again. |
