BLURRY EYES

If Sakuya thought both his brothers' behavior was downright suspicious today, he didn't mention a word. Quietly, he observed the additional ferocity and concentration Shinji and Shinobu put in as they played. Like they were attempting to forget.

After an hour or so, Sakuya decided to stop playing.

"I'll go hit the showers..." he said as he moved towards the gym's locker rooms. Stepping into a cubicle and welcoming the gush of cold water onto his heated skin, he was more awake than just now.

He knew he had not mistaken the drifting looks in his brothers' eyes. That slightly vacant emotional expression on Shinji's face when Sakuya had accidentally spoke about Riki and the misty unreadable eyes of Shinobu proved that he had been thinking of Kaji again.

Sakuya knew that his brothers were different from normal boys. They preferred guys. Although girls were alright for them. They react more to the touch and relationship with a guy than when they are sharing time with any other female friends. Shinji aniki had Riki and Shinobu aniki had Kaji.

He didn't have anyone, perhaps, yet. But he wasn't looking. He was comfortable being alone. But he would not reject a companion. Preferably of the same sex.

But apparently, both of his anikis faced serious obstacles in their relationships. Problems that surfaced fatefully and even, forcedly. No one knew.

"Riki and Kaji have not been in contact with Shinji-aniki and Nobu-aniki." Sakuya thought as he toweled himself dry and returned to his suite.

The phone rang.

"Hai. Sakuya Umeda here." Sakuya greeted.

"Oh good. Sakuya-kun, that you ne? This is Sendoh, Akira Sendoh." a cheerful and lilting voice came from the receiver. It sounded comforting.

"Ah,...Captain? What's the matter?" Sakuya asked, a little puzzled as to why Sendoh would call him at his private house number.

"Well, according to the 3 private numbers you 3 brothers gave me, I've been trying to call the Shinji and Shinobu, but no one answered. Anyway, could you pass on a message to your brothers that  practice would be cancelled for tomorrow 'coz the Coach needs to go to the dentist. Hahaha..."

Sendoh cackled at the thought of a drill working in the Coach's mouth. Sakuya was faintly amused as he replied, "Alright. See ya next week in school then. Bye.".

Sakuya replaced the receiver and frowned, "Aren't Shinji-aniki and Nobu-aniki in their rooms?"
