BLURRY EYES

�This is so good� Maki exclaimed.

�Didn�t I say Momo-san was a cook good?� Shinobu smirked

Shinji continued to eat in silence as his guests and brothers continued to talk. Was he ready to see Riki again??? Yare yare� just what will happen?

�Where is Mr. Umeda?� Sendoh asked abruptly

�He�s in Tokyo for business.� Shinji replied, apparently he wasn�t in his dream land anymore.

�This is just so damn delicious� Maki said as he eat the last fork-full of lasagne.

Shinji and Sakuya could only chuckle at their guest.

�Maybe we�ll see you here often then?� Shinji joked only to receive a death glare from Shinobu, which
could only mean one thing. He didn�t want to see more of Fujima then he already has.

�Come again!!� Shinji said as he waved goodbye to his new friends and closed the door behind him.

�Now, now. Can someone please tell me what�s going on?� Sakuya had an angry tone as he demanded answers from his brother. Shinji only scratched his head while Shinobu looked away.

�I want some answers NOW!!!� raising his voice which made both his older brothers jump.

After regaining his stand, Shinji walked to the sitting room and Shinobu followed. Sakuya stormed in,
still looking rather mad. Shinji turned on the TV, hoping to find something interesting while Shinobu sat beside him. Sakuya stormed in and stood in front of the TV. Knowing they could not escape this time, Shinji turned the TV off.

�Ok� I�ll talk.� Shinji finally said.

�I�ve been thinking bout Riki� wondering� if he actually loved me? Or maybe he was just using me? I
need to know I guess� so I can finally move on.�

�Shinji-aniki�� Shinobu said as he held his brother�s hand. He so wanted to tell his the truth. To get rid of this burden that was eating him inside.

�What is past, is past. Shinji-aniki. You should move on. You deserve someone better.� Sakuya didn�t have his angry tone anymore. He sounded so loving and kind.

�I know� but� I just� have to find out. I need to know.� Shinji burried his face in his hands. He wanted to hide his tears from his brothers. He didn�t want them to see him like this. The pride of the Umeda Empire, breaking down because of a mere heartbreak.

�Shinji-aniki�� Shinobu took his brother�s hands and wiped his brother�s tears.

�He did love you� until��

*Flashback*

�Must be your clumsiness that got you into this!� Shinobu laughed looking at his dis-oriented brother with bandages all over the place, even places you didn�t know needed bandages.

�It wasn�t me!!! I swear!!!� Shinji tried to defend himself while his limbs were hanging from the stand
that was surrounded him.

�I bet it was you�� Sakuya laughed

�Shinji?� a voice behind his brothers called out.

Shinobu and Sakuya turned around to see the lead singer of Black Moon. That was the first time his
brothers met ,Riki Mink.

�Riki!!! I�m so glad you came! Ouch!!!!� Shinji tried to move forward but was held back because of the pain.

�You shouldn�t move too much� Riki said as he placed the flowers he brought.

�You must be Shinobu and Sakuya. Your brother has told me a lot about the both of you.� There seem to be a glisten in Riki�s eyes as they set on Shinobu�s face.

Shinji noticed it immediately but took no notice what so ever. Shinobu saw it too. He didn�t like it very
much, especially since this guy is his aniki�s love.

*end of flashback*

�I knew it� you two� you two had something going on�ever since that day� Shinji stood up with rage in his eyes. His own brother� he could not begin to describe the pain he was feeling at the moment. The feeling of wanting to just.. Kill something or someone.

�No� aniki. I knew how much you love him. I would never.� Shinobu tried to explain but Shinji was too damaged to listen to his explanations. He was screaming things that both his brothers did not understand. Sakuya tried to calm him down. He hugged his brother tightly as they both feel on the floor. Sakuya whispered sweet nothings into his brother�s ear and kissed him gently.

�I love Riki� Sakuya� I really love Riki� Shinji cried his heart out in Sakuya�s arms that night. He knew Shinobu had nothing to do with it. He knew his brothers would not do anything to hurt him and he to them. He knew it was all Riki�s doing. Now� if only he could accept the fact.

Shinobu understood, somehow, he had hurt his brother. He tried to keep everything to himself but it was better this way. At least Shinji knows the truth, maybe, hopefully he can move on now. Shinobu didn�t sleep that night thinking how he could do something for Shinji.

�Good morning.� Shinji was his bright and cheery self again. He hugged Sakuya tightly as he passed him by the breakfast table.

�Morning, Nobu.� He tried to smile and hugged Shinobu. There was definately some tension but at least he didn�t look mad�

�Shinji-aniki� I� I�m sorry� Shinobu said in a rather soft voice.

�Nobu� he tried to give an assuring smiled � Forget about it ok?�

�Hai.� Shinobu could only smile back. He could still see the hurt and pain in Shinji�s eyes but he knew� this was the way of Shinji Umeda. Their father once told them� when Shinji was not around that being the heir of the empire, he will not be able to love. That is the sacrifice he has to make. Shinji knew that. He didn�t need anyone to tell him his fate, his destiny. It has been areadyl lined up for him.
