I did my first Art of Living course when I was 16. It helped me a lot to feel more secure in life, to have less stress, and to look for a bit more, than just 'excisting'.
I have met the founder, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar several times, and every time it has been a blessing to be close to him. He has so much knowledge, and gives us a lot of support. He wants to create a stress-free, violence-free world, with a lot more happiness. Don't we all want that? Recently, I have done the Teacher Training phase one, in the Indian ashram in Bangalore. It was an amazing experience. Enjoy the photo's, and if you want to know more, and do a course, you can visit
the Art of Living website.
