Reservation Fee ranges from P10,000 to P20,000, depending on the property to be purchased.

1.         Down Payment ranges from 20% to 30% of the Total Contract Price.

2.        This can be paid within 8 months period after paying the reservation fee.

3.        If Down Payment is fully paid in “cash”, a special discount is given.

1. 1.     The balance of 70% to 80% can be paid thru:

a.      In-House Financing - 5 to 10 years

b.      SSS, GSIS or Pag-Ibig – maximum 25 years

c.      OFW Pag-Ibig (Foreign) – 5 to 10 years

d.      Bank Financing – 5 to 10 years

2. 2.     If balance is paid within 7 days after reservation, a discount is granted.

1.    Interest Rates are as follows, depending on the amount of loan and terms: 

a.      In-House Financing - 12% to 15%

b.      SSS, GSIS or Pag-Ibig - 9% to 16%

c.      OFW Pag-Ibig (Foreign) – 9% to 16%

d.      Bank Financing – 13% to 16% 

2.      The above rates may vary depending upon application. 

3.      The interest rates are fixed over the term of the loan.
