| Oct 1971 Established Sanpo Kougei Co. specialized in manufacturing and marketing gift items with a starting capital JPY2,040,000. Jun 1972 Increased the company capital to JPY5,000,000, developed embossed "kotobuki" series using precision die-casting technology. Mar 1975 Increased the company capital to JPY8,000,000 opened Tokyo Sales Office to further strengthen the wholesale business. Mar 1977 Increased the company capital to JPY 32,000,000 and started production of precision industrial components. Jun 1977 Merged with "Kanto" Co Ltd, after merging, the company capital had been increased JPY 36,500,000. Also the previous company name had been changed to K.K. Sanpo Oct 1979 Moved to Higashimatsuyama industrial Park and started precision process using NC Machinery. Feb 1984 Opened our own sales outlet in Higashimatsuyama City Zone Feb 1985 The company's Crafts Department became an independent operation. Established K.K. Advance Sanpo. Reinforced the precision process department. Mar 1988 The company's Direct sales Department became independent operation. Established K.K. Lifedeal Sanpo Jun 1988 Reinforced designing and manufacturing of specialized machinery. Jul 1989 Built the Home Office Plant Sep 1989 Reinforced designing and manufacturing of metal Die Aug 1989 Established Sanpo (S) Pte Ltd -- Singapore Plant Aug 1992 Established Sanpo Seimitsu (M) Sdn Bhd -- Malaysia Plant Apr 1997 Established Siam Sanpo Co., Ltd -- Thailand Plant Mar 2000 Established Hong Kong Sanpo Co., Ltd and Taiyo Sanpo Plastic Products MFG in China. |
