Qtek 1010 with ROM version 3.16 are provided with WM utility. This is not available in previous 3.14 version. If your Qtek has ROM version 3.14 it is necessary to upgrade it to 3.16.52 and Radio Stack Upgrade 3.23.01 (At least this is what I have done and it works great).

Create Modem:
Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
Double Click Modems
On General Tab, Click Add
