It's a Birthday Weekend here!!!!!
Today is my Birthday and tomorrow is my little Wesley's 1st Birthday!! :0)
He is looking forward to a weekend of extra spoiling!
Tilly was One 2 weeks ago, not sure exactly of the date for hers though :0)

Well he finally went and did it!!!!!
Wesley fell in the Pond!!
I was feeding the Fish and as usual he was watching me and peering in, well he tried to grab something in the water and slipped in!
It's true Dogs can swim :0)
He scrambled out knocking my pond plants all over the place and then excitedly raced round the Garden like something demented! LOL
It was so funny, luckily Westies have a double layer of Fur so he dried off quite quickly because it was cold today :0)
I'm not sure if he liked his little adventure or not, the way he was racing around the Garden it was like he felt really pleased with himself! lol.

Hee hee, guess what he has just done?
He asked Ollie to be let out several times but he was pre-occupied so he ignored him, well... he only went and did a big poop and wee on Ollie's Bedroom carpet!!! Uh Oh! lol......Well...he did ask to go out! lol.
Here he is looking sheepish, hee hee, bad doggy lol.

Took Wesley to have his stitches out,
he didn't like this at all and struggled!!
The Vet said what a lovely dog he is though :0)

Wesley was Neutered on Friday, it went well and he is fine I'm glad to say :0) I was worried about the little soulie I must admit. When we picked him up he looked quite sorrowful and had his ears well down, he kept giving me strange looks!! lol.
He was really fidgety and not at all himself Friday night but Saturday he was racing around the Garden as usual again :0)
I had my back pain really bad Saturday night so I got up and laid with my heatpad on the settee which helped relax the Muscles and ease the pain. Wesley laid with me and kept me company bless him :0)

I'm back!!
We had a GREAT Holiday, Devon was beautiful and the Caravan was lovely and cosy.
Wesley had great fun, he wasn't sure what to think of the Sea at first and was a bit timid of it but I let him off his lead and he started trying to bite the tide as it was coming in I t was so funny! His confidence grew and he was soon playing in it and getting wet :0)
He loved going out for long walks with us every day, he has his own Dog Booster Seat in the passenger seat so he can see out the window and enjoy the view, he loves it!
We took him everywhere with us and he certainly got lots of excercise!!
We did lots of site-seeing and one of the prettiest places we visited was Clovelly - a beautiful Fishing Harbour Village used in the older days by Smugglers! It has a steep Cobbled Street that winds it's way down to the Harbour throught the Village passing all the White-washed Cottages and quaint Gift Shops and Inns. I took a lot of Photo's which I am going to put into an Online Album. Here are some though.
I will let you know when the rest are online and tell you more about our Holiday tomorrow :0)

Long time no Blog! lol.
Well we are getting ready for our Holiday, been doing a load of washing for it. Nice day so I've just hung them outside to dry, I much prefer drying clothes in the fresh air if possible.
Wesley was supposed to get neutered this before his holiday but he won't have time now so that will have to wait a bit longer. I can't wait to see what he thinks of the Ocean!! I t will be his first experience of it.
We are staying in a Caravan with Sea view in Devon. My Sister arrives from States on Thursday then me, her and Mum go to Devon on Saturday for 2 weeks.
Tilly keeps catching Birds and Mice!! She is so fast and very good at it...too good! I bought a thing called a Cat Stop that goes around her neck and is supposed to stop her catching Birds but she still catches them only Baby Birds from the nests instead of Big ones :0( I wish sh wouldn't but I guess it's in their nature so what can you do?
This Cat Stop is like a Bib on her and makes her walk funny, kind of bow legged!! LOL so funny :0)
Ok, Best go and carry on with my chores.
