Chemical, Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical industries. All parts in contact with the product are in
finely glazed AISI 316 stainless steel with several choices of elastomers for the stator.
Suction and outlet connections includes DIN 11851, IDF, SMS, RJT and Tri-Clamp. The rubber stator
is directly vulcanized inside a stainless steel pipe in order to avoid different rotations while pumping.
The special telescopic assembly allows the quick disassembly of the whole pump without the need to
act on support and motorization, which makes them easy to be inspected for cleaning and/or
maintenance.
With capacities from 0.3 to 80m3/h and discharge pressure up to 22 bar, our positive displacement
screw pumps can be supplied with a huge choice od sealing according to the several applications:
single or double mechanical seals, will meet most of customer requirements.
