"Fifth Naps" as the Group is fondly called is the oldest surviving Group in the District operating since 1919. The Group is sponsored by the Susumachar Presbyterian Church, San Fernando.
The first warranted leader was Clarence Hamilton Gopaul Jr, the list that followed include household names in Scouting such as Roy Joseph, Clarence Hubah, George Sammy, Mannie Ramjohn and Azam Khan a former District Commissioner of San Fernando.
The success of this Group in National competitions as far back as 1927 is testimony of its excellence in Scouting.
