1st St. Joseph Village Cub Pack was founded in 1972 with Kathleen Brown being its first warranted leader. This Group has the distinction of having a former National Scout Commissioner Ralph J Kelshall as one of its leaders.
Mr. Kelshall on his retirement as the first local National Scout Commissioner took up leadership of this Group and promptly won the Totem Pole competition.
The Group is now under the committed leadership of Roanda Ballah, who is a member of staff at the St. Joseph Terrace Private School.
