1st Mon Repos Sea Scouts was founded way back in 1959 with J. Sylvester being the first leader on its records; the Group still operates at its original venue the Mon Repos RC School.
In recent times the driving force behind this Group was the late Group Scout Leader Nathaniel Lewis; even in failing health he soldiered on to ensure that 1st Mon Repos was a Group to reckon with. This page is dedicated to the memory of "Nath" as he was fondly called, he played the Game well, we will miss his culinary skills in particular, rest in peace brother.
