AA is based on indoctrination, not learning. As a member of AA you can expect to hear the same things said over and over. New information is never added. Like listening to a broken record, after a while AA meetings will drive you up the wall. Repetition is a tactic used by cultic organizations, when one hears the same things said again and again and never hears anything to the contrary, one will start to believe it.
