Our dogs
are purebred Maltese and pedigree is correct if given at
the time of sale.
Our dogs can be registered with the
American Kennel Club unless the Application form is with
held.
The buyer has seven (7) working
days from the date of purchase to take the puppy to a
veterinarian for an initial check up. If the dog is found
to have a serious health problem and written
documentation of the condition is presented from the
examining veterinarian, seller will exchange for healthy
puppy of same quality provided puppy and papers are
returned within seven (7) days. All veterinarian fees,
medicines, travel, shipping and any quarantines necessary
will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Our puppies are guaranteed against
life threatening congenital defects until the puppy's
second birthday. If such a problem is found, purchaser
can exchange for another puppy. A written statement from
a licensed veterinarian must be provided and seller has
option to have condition verified by seller's vet as well
as the right to have DNA identification performed.
Hypoglycemia is not covered by this warranty.
If the puppy should die in a
shipping accident, the puppy would be replaced at no cost
to the buyer. We will only ship your puppy when it is
safe for him or her.
If the puppy dies from a suspected
congenital defect before its second birthday and autopsy
must be performed at the buyer's expense and, the cause
of death verified buy a licensed veterinarian before a
replacement puppy will be provided.
Buyer agrees to have annual
veterinary check ups, including heartworm check, all
immunizations must be given by a licensed veterinarian
& must be provided with adequate housing & have a
fenced yard or be walked on a leash when let out side.
Buyer will allow the name Sandy's
to be used in the puppies AKC registered name.
We require a $100.00 nonrefundable
deposit.
If buyer decides at any time that
puppy is to be sold , seller has the right of first
refusal.
Seller is bound only to original
buyer
No warranties or guarantees,
expressed or implied are made under this contract except
as stated above.
Buyer agrees to have any puppy that
is sold as a pet to be spayed or neutered.
Buyer agrees to pay for seller's
legal fees, should the buyer not fulfill contractual
obligations. Buyer agrees to let seller determine venue.
Seller has right to see puppy at
least 1 time if convenient for both parties, and should
be sent 1 picture per year.
