| Ingredients:
1 cup fresh peaches, sliced 1 cup fresh apricots, sliced 1 cup fresh nectarines, sliced 1/2 cup fresh blackberries 1/2 cup fresh raspberries 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt Directions: Combine peaches, nectarines, apricots and blackberries and toss with fresh lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Using parfait glasses, or any other tall glass, alternately layer fresh fruit and yogurt until glasses are full. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy!
