Sandy's schooldays (III)
I've just started my research study for a few months only...
The course: I'm not required to take any module for my programme. I mainly concentrate on doing my research. It doesn't sound easy although I've got three years to do it. It is said in my first year I gotta do a lot of readings (literature review); in the second year, I have to start collecting data and do the analysis; in the third year, I have to start a marathon process in writing (80,000 words!!!)...
Classmates: So far I haven't known many new classmates. Three of my MA course classmates are doing their research studies while I got to know a few classmates under the supervision of my supervisor. Basically the circle of my classmates could be very small as we have no classes to go to where we can gather together. It all depends on whether I take an initiative to get to know them and meet them in different sorts of meetings.
