Send us a Photo or Art work (by regular mail with order form) and we will imprint your images on to Buttons. On the lower part of the image we will add a custom text or some other decoration FREE. Your Photo or Art work will be returned to you undamaged.

The size of photo or art work to send ranges from wallet to 3 X 5 inches

Buttons are available in 2 1/4 and 3 1/2

To order with a personal check or money order please go to the print out form, fill it out completely and send images with a check for $2.95 per custom Button ($5.95 for 3 1/2 Buttons) plus $2.00 for shipping and handling or fill out the complete credit card information on the form, and send to:
