I just popped in here to check it out for y'all. It was pricey at 9000 DR (though only 500 DR more than the Orpheus and with much more charm). I didn't see an actual room so I can't critique it).

I have no idea where this place is because I was getting tired and I didn't feel like looking any more. I am just listing the name in case of dire need (i.e. if all others are full).
Chris & Eve Mansion Hotel:
On the outskirts of Komotini lies this charming little number. It looked expensive and I thought I saw tennis courts. You pass it coming into Komotini on the bus. If you really wanted to stay here ( and had a buddy with you to defray costs) the bus driver might let you out there. It actually only costs about $51 US per night, which might be neogtiable. Only disadvantage is that it is about 3 km from town.

The Hotel Astoria.
Well, I got to check out the, ahem, Hotel Astoria on my unintended extended stay here in Komotini. If money isn't an issue for you, then this is the place for you. And if money isn't an issue - can you give me some? Say 40 Gs? Leather furniture, Italian owner, and excellent location (in the heart of Komotini) all for 14000-19000 DR (well - you can't actually buy the Italian owner, but he might let you pinch his buttocks).
