Yup, the parents of Vel, Reilly, and Mei. They're about 45 or so (since Mei's 25), so that's what's up with their funny, kinda old-fashioned looks. Vel really takes after her mom's face, huh? Or else my drawing styles aren't different enough. ^_^ She's got cookies, if you can't tell. Ace (who was a wandering fighter pilot {check the clothes [I love that little silk scarf]}) looks like he's enjoying his, but she kinda looks like, "But, dear, these are for the kids!" (the youngest of which happens to be 18 {and she's still baking... [then again, I'm 16, and I LOVE hot cookies [you never outgrow fresh-baked food]}) Maya was studying to be a doctor before she married fly-boy (two years of college down), so doesn't it seem funny that's she's making cookies? I mean, wouldn't you expect her to have carrot shakes or something...? And, no, she's not pregnant. It's just that she's had three kids. I'm surprised she's as thin as she is.
