Another character of mine, Reilly. He's Vel's brother, elder of two years. He's ultra-protective of her, so he doesn't like Ratchet hanging around. He also doesn't like the fact that he stinks at hoverboarding compared to Ratchet (though he's actually okay, he doesn't hold any fancy records or anything). If you're wondering about his appearance, it's because he grew up in downtown Blackwater City. His bandana makes him look like Kai from Harvest Moon, LOL. It's PURPLE!
