It is a studio of 62 sq.m.of which 20 sqm is the balcony With a king size bed and a convertible sofa, it sleeps comfortably 3 persons.Yet, four is our maximum. 
In daytime, you will never feel locked up at this place. The wide balcony door will draw you out to get close to the sea..At night, the single room can be parted in two, to give privacy to the ones in bed and allow others to enjoy TV till they drop !   

Highlight is the jacuzzi tub outside, as picture above.
Imagine yourself in the warm bubbling water, sipping some chilled wine, amongst some cool jazz music.

Everything is as seen here, whether you liek it or not.

Sandy Beach Condo is located on the peaceful Regent Cha-am beach and right between Regent Chalet and Holiday Inn Cha-am Resort. This area is preferred mostly by the German and Scandinavian for its quietness and easy living, with some good local communities.. You will find minimarts, resturants, and taxni within just walking distances.

This exclusive residence has full facilities i.e. gym, sauna, tennis court, table tennis, and snooker table, and a beachside swimming pool with pool beds that are usually available all the time! There are also ample roofed parking and all doors are guarded with 24 hr security. 

Please note that pets are not welcome in this building.

Apr - Nov'09= 38,000 Baht/mth

*Rates exclude utitlity charge (approx 2500 Bt/mth) Four weekly cleanings & 24 bottles of rinking water are provided per month.
Short stay (min 2 nights)
Low season (15 May -30 Sep 09)
   Weekends:  2 nights for 3500 Baht               
  Weekdays:  2 nights for 3300 Baht
   Extra night = 1500 Baht/ night
  ........One week =10,000 Baht
  High Season (1 Oct 09 -15 May 10)
   Weekends:  2 nights for 3900 Baht               
   Weekdays:  2 nights for 3500 Baht 
   Extra night = 1700 Baht/ night
........One week = 12,000 Baht
