Put vegetables, soup and chicken in pan and mix well. Mix biscuit mix, milk and egg whites, and spread over mixtgure. Bake 30 minutes at 400ø. This is low fat and cholesterol. Yield: 1 Salad 4 oz Jello package (any flavor) 16 oz Crushed pineapple, drained 1 lb Small curd cottage cheese 9 oz Cool Whip topping In large bowl, sprinkle the Jello over cottage cheese. Fold it together thoroughly. Fold in pineapple, then Cool Whip. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Yield: 1 Cake 1 pk Chocolate cake mix 12 oz Cool Whip topping 12 oz Caramel topping 3 Heath Bars, chopped 12 oz Sweetened condensed milk Mix and bake cake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased and floured pan as per directions on package. When cake is done, remove from oven and poke holes at random across the entire cake with a fork. Spread condensed milk and jar of caramel topping over entire cake. Put back in warm oven with heat turned off. Leave in oven until milk and caramel have been absorbed. Remove and allow to cool completely. Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped Heath bars.
