Chicken Florentine Wreath
Description:
Excellent hot or cold.
Ingredients:
12 oz chicken (canned is fine)
1 c cheddar cheese (fat free works well, too)
1/2 c mayonnaise (fat free is what I use)
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 cans crescent biscuits (or 1 can Grand Biscuits cut in half)
1/2 c green pepper or celery, diced
1/8 t ginger
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
On a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam, form a ring with the crescent roll dough or
biscuits flattened. Have the points of the dough facing outward and
have the corners overlapping each other slightly. Combine all other
ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Place mixture on top of the
dough ring. Now fold the ends of the dough over the chicken
mixture. Use tooth picks, if necessary to hold the ends in
place. Bake till golden brown. Let cool slightly before
serving.

Preparation Time: Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
