Charlie smiled slightly and ran his fingers through Don's hair as the older man slept. The mathematician counted the breaths that his brother took as he dreamed.

Fourteen, fifteen, sixteen....

"No math in bed," Don mumbled, startling Charlie.

"I was just counting," Charlie grinned sheepishly as Don's hand came up to play with his brother's dark brown curls.

"That's math, Charlie," Don murmured as he turned to face him.

"So if I can't sleep, I'm not allowed to count sheep?" Charlie teased.

"Charlie, if you can't sleep, wake me up and I'll help you to get tired," Don grinned as his hands left Charlie's hair and wandered lower. Charlie grinned and leaned in to kiss Don.

"You know, warm milk always puts me to sleep," Charlie smirked.

"That's the idea."
