This is a list of some of the cakes that I bake.
Most can be adapted for wedding cakes, and covered in White, or Coloured Fondant and then decorated.
Any cake with alcohol in it can be make without,
and iif you don't like a component I can usually adapt the recipie to suite your personal preferences.

A Pair of Pears
Vanilla Cake, Pear liqueur, chocolate truffle cream, poached pears
  and vanilla scented butter cream.

Hazelnut Caramel Torte
Five alternating layers of flour-less hazelnut cake and Vanillla Butter  with decadent caramel butter cream and a touch of Frangelico.

Black and White Forest
Rich chocolate cake, sour cherries with a lavish splash of Kirsch and White Chocolate mousse. Not your typical black forest cake.

Cinghalais
Rum soaked chocolate cake, cinnamon chocolate ganache and praline butter cream.

Marzipan Torte  
Moist almond paste butter cake, generously frosted with rich chocolate ganache.

Wildberry Mousse
Light and luscious mixed berry mousse surrounded with vanilla scented genoise.

Carrot Cake with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
  Moist cake loaded with raisins, carrots and nuts. The frosting really makes this cake special, a smooth blending of Lindt white chocolate,
cream cheese and butter with a hint of fresh lemon.

Orange Blossom Special
Vanilla and Orange  Butter cakes brushedwith Grand Marnier syrup, stripes of orange buttercream  and chocolate ganache. Frosted with orange butter cream.

Raspberry Chocolate Torte
Rum scented chocolate cake, seedless raspberry preserves, chocolate mousse and ganache.

Apricot Amaretto
Almond cake, Amaretto syrup, Apricot jam and white chocolate butter cream

Mocha Madness
Genoise and espresso cakes, Kahlua syrup, mocha butter cream and dark chocolate mousse, frosted with more mocha butter cream

Chocolate Marquise
Intense chocolate! A giant triangular truffle surrounded by lady fingers brushed with Kalhua

Chocolate Paradise
A slight twist on the Marquise, Rounded layers of flourless chocolate cake layered with truffle cream

Opera Nouveau
A modern expression on a classic cake.Layers of espresso cake, chocolate cake  congnac scented truffle cream and buttercream

Banana Pecan Torte

A special finish for a fine meal, toasted pecans, bananas, and a touch of chocolate Spun into a light, moist cake,
layered with pecan-prailine buttecream

Orange Poppy seed Cake

Delicate poppy seed cake layered with orange pastry cream with a touch of Triple Sec
A thin glaze of chocolate ganche completes the effect

Marjolaine
Almond-Hazelnut meringue layered with chocolate ganache and orange buttercream


Peach Melba Slice
Moist Almond cake layered with peach mousse and reaspberry mousse frosted with vanilla buttercream
