This is an example of a Top Bordered page, where the border
has a'fancy' edge.
A CSS code had been added before the body tag.
This forces the browser to repeat the design right across the page.
With a top border you cannot use a background tile so on this
page I had to find out the background colour of my graphic
and enter it into the body tag of my code.
The other way to do a Top Border page is to use a 'boxed type' border.
