This is quite a nice page that I designed to show the effects of using a double border.
However, you will notice that if, say you have your favourites open, or something
else open on the screen, and then you close that item, my borders change, and don't
necessarily look as effective as I would like.

This is because I have in effect "cheated"; I have started with a layer of
flowers and butterflies and superimposed on it a smaller plain layer,
so that you just get the effect of a border.
