This is a entry-level course designed to introduce students to the Mandarin Chinese language and cultures of the Mandarin Chinese-speaking world. In this interactive course, students learn and use the language by speaking, listening, reading, and writing at the novice level. Basic language structures and vocabulary for communication are examined and explored in Mandarin Chinese.
A continuation of Chinese 101. In this interactive course, students use listening, reading, speaking and writing at a more complex level. The students further develop their receptive and productive competencies to the low or mid intermediate level. Additional language structures and vocabulary for communication are examined and explored in Mandarin Chinese.
