You joke with your friends.
And I can't help but wonder,
How hard did you try to hide?
How hurt do you feel inside?

But I felt sad too.
Becoz there's nothing I could help.

Wait a minute... Have I fallen for you?

They say Love is a game.
Thats played by two.
Where I'd either get to play,

But as long as you'll say,

I know you've probably heard this a thousand times.

My Love is like a diamond blade,
That does not belong to me.
Though I wanted so much,
I wanted so bad,
But I guess its just not meant to be.

I knew from the start,
That this blade is sharp,
But still, I held on tight.
Hoping the blade will be blunt someday...
Hoping I am right.

Time passed by;
But the blade in my hand,
It's sharpness didn't change.
The harder I held on to it.
The deeper the cut became.

Diamond blade once so precious,
Now tainted with my blood.
I can't stand this sight,
Can't stand being hurt,
There's only choice I could choose.

Maybe this is for the best;
This I know.
But it doesn't stop the pain of letting it go.
Though as priceless and precious as it can be..
Too bad it doesn't belong to me.
