| Historical notes: Six lodges have been formed in Baker County since its formation in 1860. Dawkins # 60 was chartered Feb. 15, 1871 to meet in Sanderson, the Baker County seat at the time . Dawkins moved to Macclenny on Sept. 9, 1885 by dispensation from Grand Master Robert J. Perry. After the relocation of Dawkins the following lodges were chartered: Olustee #104 to meet in Olustee - January 16, 1889, Sanderson #122 to meet in Sanderson - January 21,1891, Glen # 158 to meet in Glen St. Mary - January 18,1906, Taylor #211 to meet in Taylor, Florida - January 22,1913 Sapp #244 to meet at Sapp, Florida- January 17,1918. Of these six,only the two chartered at Sanderson are currently active lodges. |

| The Charter Members of Sanderson Lodge #122 F & AM: Elias Williams, WM and J. I. Harvey, from Dawkins Lodge # 60 W. R. Alford, C. P. Darby, R. A. Davis, W. D. Mann, SW, J. N. Mott, JW, J. P Sapp, all from Olustee Lodge #104 W. J. Burnside, D. G. Cummings, J. H. Jones, and J. T. Jones all received their degrees in Sanderson Lodge, UD. |
