Our family acquired a "grandpuppy" when
Manette's boyfriend of two years, John, presented
her with a miniture Pomeranian named
"Tripp-Dee-Doo" ("Tripp").
Lucretia graduated from Kingston High School
on May 13th, a year early, and was named
an "Oklahoma Academic Scholar."
Sandee graduated from East Central University with
a Master's Degree in Library/Media on May 21st.
Larry and Sandee celebrated
25 years of marriage on August 1st.
And in August, a second "grandpuppy"
was purchased for Lucretia:
a female mini-pom named "Pandora's Barks,"
but we call her "Dora."
(The cats, "Brandy" and "Soxie" are NOT amused!)
A week later, a third "grandpuppy" was purchased:
a male tea-cup Pomeranian named "Tater-Tot" ("Tater").
Also in August, Lucretia moved to Ada, Oklahoma
to attend East Central University
majoring in theater and mass communications.
Manette continued her college education
at East Central University
majoring in sociology and political science.
John Daniel McLean proposed to Manette in October;
they will be wed on March 11, 2006
Manette Ch'von turned 21 years old on November 8th.
Lucretia D'nae turned 18 years old on December 28th.
