Terms of Contract

1. All tools, equipment, and material for creation of aforementioned item will be supplied/provided by or paid for in advance of any work beginning. Any waste materials and or materials left over from said creation are thought of as garbage and may be kept by the craftsman. Any extra materials required in the creation of aforementioned item will be provided by said purchaser failure to do so will render this contract null and void.

2. A suitable workplace/forge will be provided/payed for by said purchaser of aforementioned item in advance of the start of said creation. Said craftsman is not responsible if the creation of the aforementioned item requires more time than originally expected. It is the responsibility of aforementioned purchaser to pay any extra money to provide a workspace during this extra time; failure to do so renders this contract null and void.

3. A set commission will decided upon prior to the commencement of creation of aforemetioned item.This price cannot be changed after the initial agreement by either the craftsman or said purchaser.Half of this commision will be paid up front prior to commencement of work. The rest of the commision will be paid to the craftsmen upon receipt of the aforementioned item. Failure to pay at this time will result in a seven day waiting period, during this period the craftsman will retain control of aforemetioned item. If no payment is recieved after the seven days the said purchaser will be thought of as in default and the terms of this contract null and void, the said craftsman will now be considered the owner of aforemetioned item,

4. An approxiamate time of delivery will be issued to the said purchaser of aforementioned item at the date of the signing of this contract. The Timeline begins once actual crafting of aforemetioned item begins. (After the reciept of said material, provision of said workplace and agreement of price.) Due to the unstable nature of the materials the time required for creation of aforemetioned item may take more or less time then origanally told by said craftsman to said purchaser. This original timeline is an estimat and the said craftsman may not be held accountable for any time the creation of aforementioned item.

5. The aforementioned item is Guarenteed to be of adequete and normal working conditon, operating within any specific parameters specified below.Any promises made by said crafter to said purchaser, not written herein and will not be guarenteed. Said craftsman may not be held responsible for any additional operating parameters or requirements as long as it operates according to the below mentioned specifications.

Having read and signed this contract I agree entirely with and understand the above mentioned reqirements it places upon me. I also understand that failure to comply with any part of here said contract will render this contract null and void and cause a stop in creation aforementioned item. If this contract is rendered null and void by said purchaser all monies and equipment invested in said item are considered losses and said craftsman may not be held responsible.
