What he is:
Tyrael is an adult Chiang-Ku Dragon, and as such he is indeed very potent in both knowledge and pure raw strength. He uses his vast knowledge of the arts of tattoo magic and temporal magic to even further enhance his own considerable natural talents.
Disposition:
Cold and quiet, Tyrael comes across as being a a courteous and generous being. He uses these traits and other subtleties to disarm his foes, and his targets. Patiently manipulating, he prefers to let others do his dirty work for him, though he is more then capable of getting his hands dirty. Preferring to hide his true form, and his true nature, though on rare occaision when he fully reveal himself, it usually comes to his opponents dismay.

Impervious to poisons, drugs and gases; nightvision 90'; See the Invisible; fire and cold resistant (half damage), natural bio-regeneration (fast healing); metamorphosis, human form & human form imitation or mist.
Temporal Wizard & Tattoo Master:
Automatically senses temporal (time) and magical changes to the environment around him within fifty feet. He can place upon human and some humanoids a magical tattoo, that imparts the being bearing it an ability.

BIO
He was born and came into existence as a Chiang-Ku Dragon, he learned and prospered, he grew up and became what he wished. How does one explain the life of a dragon, abandoned before hatching, from his egg, he never met his parents nor any siblings he may have had.
He has grown, and through unnaturally high intelligence as his kind has, he survived, learned and grew to become what he is today. A Master of two arts, Temporal Magicks.. and of the infamous Tattoo Magic his kind created.
He has travelled far, using his magic to take him forward and backward in time and space, he has found himself in this region of the world, and has found himself attracted to it. The Realm of Sanctuary has given him peace, and for his aged soul, something he quite very much relishes upon.
He broods now, he has no goals or plans except that of current rest...
